Terms and Conditions 

1. Services Provided

YNS provides a 12-week personalised nutrition coaching programme delivered online. This includes:

  • One initial consultation (60–90 minutes)
     

  • Six follow-up sessions
     

  • A comprehensive dietary assessment
     

  • A personalised nutrition support plan
     

  • Ongoing messaging support via WhatsApp (Wednesday to Saturday, 9am–8pm)

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise stated.

2. Fees and Payment

The total cost of the 12-week programme is:

  • £600 when paid in full, or
     

  • £650 on a payment plan (split into £350 upfront and £300 at week 6)

By enrolling in the programme, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of early withdrawal or non-completion of the programme.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the services provided, all payments are non-refundable.

Once the programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused sessions
     

  • Missed appointments
     

  • Partial completion of the programme

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any session.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited
     

  • Repeated missed sessions may lead to termination of the programme without refund

5. Messaging Support

WhatsApp support is available:

  • Wednesday to Saturday, 9am–8pm

Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to during the next working period.

Messaging support is intended for:

  • Reasonable guidance
     

  • Check-ins
     

  • Questions related to your plan

It is not intended for continuous, urgent, or crisis support.

6. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in the programme, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information about your health, lifestyle, and dietary habits
     

  • Engage actively in the coaching process
     

  • Follow agreed recommendations to the best of your ability

Results are dependent on individual effort, consistency, and adherence.

7. Medical Disclaimer

YNS provides nutrition and lifestyle guidance and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are advised to consult their GP or qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if they:

  • Have a diagnosed medical condition
     

  • Are taking medication
     

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

8. Results Disclaimer

While YNS aims to support clients in achieving their goals, results are not guaranteed.

Outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances, consistency, and commitment.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information is treated as strictly confidential.

Personal data is:

  • Stored securely
     

  • Used only for the purpose of delivering services
     

  • Never shared with third parties without consent

YNS operates in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

10. Privacy Overview

YNS is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and securely. Your information is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with legal obligations. Your personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

We may collect the following:

  • Name and contact details
     

  • Health and dietary information
     

  • Lifestyle information relevant to coaching
     

  • Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)

Your data is used to:

  • Deliver personalised nutrition coaching
     

  • Communicate with you regarding your programme
     

  • Maintain records of your progress

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
     

  • Request corrections
     

  • Request deletion of your data

11. Termination of Services

YNS reserves the right to terminate services at any time if:

  • A client behaves inappropriately or abusively
     

  • There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions
     

  • The working relationship is no longer deemed suitable

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

12. Early Withdrawal from the Programme

If you choose to withdraw from the programme at any point:

  • No refunds will be issued
     

  • Any outstanding payments must still be completed in full
     

  • Access to services may be discontinued at the discretion of YNS

13. Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in any YNS service, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to be bound by them
